Reply to comments and DMs across 6 platforms from one inbox
Schedulala just shipped a unified Comments tab and DM Inbox covering Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, and Bluesky. Here's what's in it, what's not, and why.
Quick answer
Schedulala now has a unified Comments tab and DM Inbox — every comment and DM your platforms expose, in one place. No more flipping between 6 apps to keep up with replies.
- •Comments tab: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky — reply, hide, delete from one feed
- •Inbox tab: Instagram, Facebook, and Bluesky DMs in a Messenger-style interface
- •Real-time webhook updates on Threads and Facebook — replies show up the moment they happen
- •TikTok, Pinterest, X, and Telegram aren't included — and that's because their APIs don't expose what we'd need

Most social media tools let you schedule posts to 10 platforms but force you to log into 6 different apps to reply to the comments and DMs those posts generate. That's the gap we just closed.
Today Schedulala has a unified Comments tab covering Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, and Bluesky — and a DM Inbox covering Instagram, Facebook (Messenger), and Bluesky.

The Comments tab — every comment, six platforms
One feed. Brand-colored badges so you know at a glance which platform a comment came from. Click a comment to see the post it's on, the parent thread, and reply inline — without leaving Schedulala.
- Instagram — comments on Posts and Reels, with hide and delete tools
- Facebook — comments on Page posts with nested reply threading and real-time webhook updates
- YouTube — comments on every video and Short, with hide and delete on your own channel
- LinkedIn — company page comments with daily background sync (LinkedIn doesn’t expose personal-profile comments to third-party apps)
- Threads — replies, mentions, and conversation threading via real-time webhooks
- Bluesky — replies, mentions, and notifications

The Comments tab — every comment from 6 platforms in one feed
The Inbox tab — DMs from Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky
A Messenger-style interface for the three platforms whose APIs expose third-party DM access. Multi-page Facebook support so agencies managing multiple Pages don't have to keep switching contexts. Bluesky DMs are full-conversation, not preview-only.

Why some platforms aren't included
We could've made the launch headline “Engagement on all 10 platforms.” That would've been a lie. Here's the real story per platform — because if you're evaluating tools, you deserve to know what's an actual gap and what's a platform-API gap.
TikTok — API doesn't expose it
TikTok's public API has no endpoint to read comments or DMs as a third party. This isn't a build-it-later situation; the endpoints don't exist. The moment TikTok opens that API, we'll ship support that week. Until then, no tool — including the most expensive ones — can do TikTok comment management.
Pinterest — read-only comment API, no replies
Pinterest exposes a read endpoint for comments on your Pins, but no reply, hide, or delete endpoints. We'd be giving you a window into comments you can't actually do anything with — that's worse than not having it. If Pinterest adds reply support, we'll add it.
X (Twitter) — blocked on API cost
X has the API support, but Twitter's pricing makes it a business decision, not a build decision. On the $200/month Basic plan, our 15K monthly read budget is already shared with analytics. Adding comment polling would push us over the cap. DM endpoints require the Pro tier ($5K/month) — that's not yet justifiable for our pricing model. We'll add X comments first when the math works.
Telegram — different paradigm
Schedulala posts to Telegram channels, which work more like a broadcast than a social feed. Channels don't have the comment/DM concept the other platforms do. Telegram bot DMs exist but live in a different product space.
LinkedIn DMs — no third-party API
LinkedIn comments work great. LinkedIn doesn't expose DM/messaging APIs to third parties, period. Not specific to Schedulala — every social tool has the same constraint here.
YouTube DMs — don't exist
YouTube doesn't have a DM concept. Comments yes, DMs no.
Threads DMs — no API yet
Threads has DMs in the app but no API for them yet. We'll add support the moment Meta exposes the endpoints.
What this means in practice
If you post on a mix of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, or Bluesky, this is the workflow that turns “I have 30 unread comments across 6 apps and I'll get to them eventually” into “I'm caught up in 10 minutes a day.”
If you post on TikTok, Pinterest, X, or Telegram, this launch doesn't change anything for you on those platforms — but you can still use Schedulala for comments and DMs on the other platforms you're on.
Six platforms for comments. Three platforms for DMs. Not a “10/10 platforms” story — an honest one. Every comment and DM your platforms expose, in one inbox. Available now on Agency.
