Your Schedulala dashboard now pulls in key metrics from the X API for every post you've scheduled and published through us. Here's what's available:
Post-level metrics
- Impressions — how many times your post showed up in feeds
- Engagements — likes, replies, reposts, quotes, and link clicks combined
- Engagement rate — engagements divided by impressions, shown as a percentage
- Repost and like counts — broken out individually
Account-level overview
- Follower count and growth trend over the last 30 days
- Total impressions across all scheduled posts
- Average engagement rate so you can benchmark yourself
- Top performing posts ranked by engagement
Why this matters
X's built-in analytics exist, but they live in a completely separate interface. If you're managing multiple platforms through Schedulala, you had to jump out to X every time you wanted to check numbers. That's friction, and friction means you end up checking less often.
Having your X metrics right next to your Instagram, LinkedIn, and Bluesky data means you can actually compare performance across platforms. Which platform drove more engagement on the same piece of content? Now you can answer that in one screen.
Data-driven scheduling
The analytics also feed into your scheduling decisions. If your top-performing X posts all went out between 8-10 AM, you'll spot that pattern quickly. We're planning to surface these timing insights automatically in a future update, but for now the raw data is there for you to dig into.
